Purpose: The purpose of merge organization is, the wrong organization all transactions like voucher details, report organization details are moved under correct organization.
- Click the Accounts and check the Organization Merging menu
- The organization merging list will open, now you can click the create button
- Before that you can block the wrong organization in the organization master, open the organization master, search the wrong organization name and click the edit button,
- Now the wrong organization will opened, here you can see the change status button
- Click the change status button the popup window will open
- Now you can change the new status like Block
- Enter the remarks
- Click the check box for Do you want to block account? ( if checked means the account mapping details are blocked)
- Click the Save button
- Now the wrong organization status changed active to blocked, check the below screenshot.
- Now you can select the blocked organization name (From Organization (Blocked)) left hand side and select the correct organization name (To Organization) in right hand side
- Click the next button
- Blocked organization shipment / job details and account Payable / Receivable transaction details are showing here. Same as the To organization details also showing here
- Now you can check and click the Next button
- Check the screen, now the From Organization details will move To Organization account
- Click the finish button
- After click the finish button the From Organization all transaction are moved under To Organization accounts
- Now you can check the shipment / job details and outstanding details also.
