Introduction :
The Quick Search feature in the Fresa Application enables users to locate vouchers instantly
using the Supplier Reference Number. Instead of manually searching through voucher records, users can quickly retrieve the required voucher and access its complete details from a single search. This feature improves productivity, saves time, and simplifies voucher tracking for day-to-day financial operations.
Note :
Ensure that the Supplier Reference Number entered in the search field exactly matches the reference number recorded in the voucher.
The Quick Search feature retrieves only vouchers associated with the entered Supplier Reference Number.
Users must have the necessary permissions to view voucher details in the Fresa Application.
Clicking the Voucher Number in the search results opens the respective voucher, allowing users to view complete voucher information.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application and click the Quick Search option at the top of the page.
Step 2: Select the Type as Supplier Reference Number from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Enter the Supplier Reference Number in the Value column.
Step 4: Click the Search button.
Step 5: The search results related to the entered Supplier Reference Number will be displayed on the screen.
Step 6: Click the Voucher Number to navigate directly to the respective Voucher page.
Step 7: The Voucher page displays all the details related to the selected voucher.
