Introduction :
The CFS (Container Freight Station) Organization Type in the Fresa Application allows
users to associate a Container Freight Station with a specific Shipment or Job. Assigning the correct CFS organization helps maintain accurate shipment records and ensures proper coordination of cargo handling activities. This feature enables users to record CFS-related details, such as the CFS name and party information, directly within the shipment or job. By maintaining accurate organization details, users can improve operational efficiency and ensure consistent shipment documentation.
Note :
Ensure the required CFS Organization is available in the Organization Master before adding it to a Shipment or Job.
Select Organization Type as CFS before adding the organization.
Enter all mandatory organization details before saving the record.
Users must have appropriate permissions to update organization details.
The selected CFS organization will be associated with the respective Shipment or Job for future reference.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application and open the required Job or Shipment.
Step 2: In the Job or Shipment page, select the Organization tab under the Job/Shipment Details section.
Step 3: Under the Organization tab, select Organization Type as CFS, and then click Add Organization.
Step 4: In the Organization Details section, enter the required details, such as the CFS Name and Party Name, and then click Save.
Step 5: The CFS Organization is successfully added, and the Organization Type is displayed as CFS.
