In this blog, we are going to see about to Send a KPI Milestone through WhatsApp in Fresa Application.
Step 1: Login in to Fresa Application and go to the Customer Service Module.
Step 2: Click on the All Shipments menu.
Step 3: In the All Shipments Screen Select the Date Range and Enter Required Shipment number and Click the Submit button.
Step 4: Click on that Shipment number. After that will be redirected to the Shipment Details page.
Step 5: In the Shipment Details page, Click the Organization Menu.
Step 6: Click the Edit Symbol, Now Parties screen will be opened. Here enter Client Mobile Number and Click the Save changes.
Step 7: Now Click the KPI Button under the Shipment Details page.
Step 8: In the KPI Details page Click the Edit Symbol on Required KPI Milestone, after Click that the KPI Milestone will be selected.
Step 9: Now Click the Whats-app Button, the KPI Milestone sent.
