Introduction :
When submitting an E-invoice, users may encounter the “bflno is invalid” warning
message, which prevents the invoice from being submitted successfully. This issue typically occurs when the Territory/Area information is missing from the organization’s primary address. Updating the required address details resolves the validation error and allows the E-invoice to be submitted successfully. This article explains the cause of the warning message and provides the steps to correct it in the Fresa Application. Following these steps helps ensure successful E-invoice submission and compliance with E-invoice validation requirements.
Note :
The “bflno is invalid” warning message usually occurs when the Territory/Area field is not maintained in the organization’s primary address.
Ensure that the correct Territory/Area information is entered before resubmitting the E-invoice.
Users must have the required permissions to edit Organization details and submit E-invoices.
Verify the organization address details before generating or submitting E-invoices to avoid validation errors.
After updating the address information, resubmit the E-invoice to complete the submission successfully.
Step 1: When you submit the E-invoice, the system displays this warning message. This occurs because the Territory/Area details have not been added to the respective organization’s address.
Step 2: To resolve this warning message, open the Masters module and select the Organization menu.
Step 3: Search for the required organization and click the Edit button.
Step 4: Click the Address tab and open the Primary Address page.
Step 5: Enter the Territory/Area details and click the Save button.Enter the Territory/Area details and click the Save button.
Step 6: After adding the Territory/Area details, open the E-Invoice module. Search for the required invoice, select it, click the Submit button, and then click OK.
Step 7: The E-invoice is submitted successfully.
