Introduction :
The AES Filing Date records the date on which the Automated Export System (AES) filing is completed for an export shipment. Maintaining this date helps ensure shipment information is accurate and supports export documentation requirements.
In the Fresa Application, users can update the AES Filing Date for both Jobs and Shipments. This helps maintain accurate shipment records and ensures the required export filing information is available whenever needed.
Note :
Ensure you have permission to edit the Job or Shipment before updating the AES Filing Date.
Enter the correct filing date to maintain accurate export documentation.
Click Save Changes after updating the date to ensure the information is saved.
Verify the updated AES Filing Date after saving the record.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application and open the respective Job or Shipment.
Step 2: On the Shipment or Job screen, click the Edit button.
Step 3: On the Edit Shipment Info page, enter the AES Filing Date.
Step 4: After providing the AES Filing Date, click on the Save Changes button.
Step 5: Now the AES Filing Date will be added to the Job or Shipment screen.
