In this blog, we are going to see How to Update the Customer Complaints under the Shipment in the Fresa Application.
Step 1: First log in to the Fresa Application and Click on the respective shipment number and system will navigate to the particular Shipment.

Step 2: click Complaint menu on the right side corner in the Shipment Details screen.

Step 3: Here, enter the Subject of the complaint, Type, Details, Email, and ect., once entered click on the Save button.

Step 4: Once the details are saved, we can click on the edit icon to view the complaint details. Additionally, we can change the complaint status from the dropdown list in the status column. Again click on the Save Changes button.
