In this blog, we are going to see How to Update the Ship name under the Shipment in Fresa Application.
Step 1: Login to Fresa Application and go to the Customer Service Module.
Step 2: Click on the All Shipments menu.
Step 3: Enter the Date Range and Click Submit button.
Step 4: Now all the Shipment details will be shown here, Select the Edit button on the required Shipment.
Step 5: After Clicking that, the system will be redirected to the Shipment Details page. Click on the Edit button under the Info tab.
Step 6: Enter the Ship Name and Click Save Changes button.
Step 7: Now the Ship Name has been updated in that Shipment.
Once we updated the Ship Name, we can get the below reports Shipwise.
a. Ship Status wise Report
b. Ship wise DSR Report
c. Ship wise Details Report
These are the above reports are available under My Reports.
