In this blog, we are going to see How to Upload Bulk Voucher on Journal Voucher in the Fresa Application.
Step 1: First, Login to Fresa Application and Go to the Accounts Module.
Step 2: Click on the All Vouchers menu.
Step 3: In the All Vouchers page, Select the Voucher Type as Journal Voucher and Select the Date Range. Click the Submit Button.
Step 4: After Clicking the Submit Button, Journal Voucher details will be shown in this page. Select the Respective voucher.
Step 5: On this Journal Voucher, Click the Single Button.
Step 6: Click the Bulk Voucher Upload option under the Account details.
Step 7: In this Bulk Voucher Upload page, Click the Download Sample button. The sample format will be downloaded, fill the required details in the format.
Step 8: Click the Choose File button and upload the CSV file then Click Submit.
Step 9: Click the Confirm to Match the Voucher? and Click OK Button.
Step 10: The Voucher will be uploaded on the Journal Voucher.
Note: If need the Bulk Voucher Upload option, kindly create the ticket in Helpdesk.
