In this blog, we are going to see the HHow to Upload Multiple Invoices in Receipt Voucher using Bulk Voucher Upload in the Fresa Application.
Step 1: First, log in to the Fresa application and go to the Accounts module.
Step 2: Click on the All Vouchers menu.
Step 3: In the All Vouchers page, select the voucher type as RECEIPT VOUCHER and select the Date Range, then click the Submit button.
Step 4: After Clicking the Submit Button, Receipt Voucher details will be shown in this page. Select the Respective voucher.
Step 5: On this RECEIPT VOUCHER, Click the Single Button.
Step 6: Now click the Bulk Voucher Upload option under the Account Details.
Step 7: In this Bulk Voucher Upload page, click the Download Sample button. The sample format will be downloaded. Now, fill the required details in the format.
Step 8: Now, click the Choose File button and upload the CSV file, then click Submit.
Step 9: Then click Confirm to Match the Voucher? and click the OK button.
Step 10: Now the voucher will be uploaded on the RECEIPT VOUCHER.
Note: If need the Bulk Voucher Upload option, kindly create a ticket in Helpdesk.
