What is sailing Schedule?
Sailing Schedule is defined as the pre-determined weekly/monthly schedule of cargo and vessel movement. Sailing schedule contains Origin, Destination, ETD, ETA, Vessel and Carrier details.
Here you are going to learn about how to upload sailing schedule in Fresa Gold.
Step 1: Login with Fresa gold and select Customer service module. (Fig-1)

Step 2: Select Sailing Schedule option in customer service module. (Fig-2)

Step 3: Select Sailing Schedule Upload option. (Fig-3)

Step 4: Select download sample option. (Fig-4)

Step 5: Open the downloaded sample excel sheet and enter the sailing information. Copy the EDI Format data generated in the excel sheet. (Fig-5)

Step 6: Paste the EDI Format data in sailing schedule upload page and click next. (Fig-6)

Step 7: Click finish button in the Sailing schedule upload summary page. (Fig-7)

Step 8: Sailing schedule will be uploaded in the system. (Fig-8)
