This blog provides a step-by-step guide to using the Save and Post option during voucher generation in the Fresa Application.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application.
Step 2: Go to the respective Job or Shipment to generate the invoice.
Step 3: Enter the sales side charges by using the Sales Button.
Step 4: Once sales charges are added, we can see the details in the costing tab.
Step 5: To generate the Sales Invoice, click on the Generate Sales Invoice button.
Step 6: Use the Save and Post Option.
Once you click the Save and Post button, a voucher will be generated, and the status will be updated to Posted.
Note: This action can only be performed by users who have posting rights.
Step 7: View the Created Voucher
Open the Costing tab of the job.
You will see an Edit button – click it to view voucher details.
Step 8: We have successfully generated and posted the voucher using the Save and Post option.
