In this blog, we are going to see about How to Use Aggregate Option in Fresa Application.
Step 1: First, Login to Fresa Application and go to the Accounts Module.
Step 2: Click on the General – Accounts tab which is under Accounts Module.
Step 3: Now Select Subledger Statement under General – Accounts.
Step 4: Kindly enter the details like Data Range and A/C Name, then click on the Submit button.
Step 5: After clicking, the Subledger Statement List page will show the details related to the A/C Name.
Step 6: Now click the Options then Format option and select the Aggregate option.
Step 7: Here we can select the Aggregation as New Aggregation, Function as Sum, Column as Dr. Amount then click the Apply button.
Step 8: Now the Dr. Amount column shows the total amount of Dr column in the Subledger Statement List.
