Introduction :
The Aggregate Option in the Fresa Application allows users to calculate summarized values for selected columns in reports. It helps analyze report data by applying functions such as Sum, making it easier to review totals without performing manual calculations.
This feature is useful when reviewing financial reports such as the Subledger Statement, enabling users to quickly obtain summarized values for debit or credit amounts.
Note :
Ensure you have permission to access the required financial reports.
Select the correct report and account before applying aggregation.
Choose the appropriate aggregation function based on your reporting requirement.
The Aggregate Option summarizes the displayed report data and does not modify the original records.
Step 1: First, log in to the Fresa Application and go to the Accounts module.
Step 2: Click the General – Accounts tab under the Accounts module.
Step 3: Select Subledger Statement under General – Accounts.
Step 4: Enter the required details, such as Date Range and A/C Name, then click the Submit button.
Step 5: After clicking, the Subledger Statement List page will show the details related to the A/C Name.
Step 6: Click Options, select Format, and then choose Aggregate.
Step 7: Select Aggregation as New Aggregation, Function as Sum, and Column as Dr. Amount, then click Apply.
Step 8: The Dr. Amount column now displays the total debit amount in the Subledger Statement List.
