Introduction :
The Job DSR (Daily Status Report) provides a comprehensive overview of job activities within a
selected period. It helps users monitor job progress, review operational updates, and track documentation status efficiently. By generating the Job DSR Report, users can analyze daily job activities, improve operational visibility, and download the report for reporting and record-keeping purposes.
Note :
Ensure you have permission to access the Documentation module.
Select the appropriate Date Range before generating the report.
Verify the filter criteria to ensure accurate report results.
You can download the generated report for future reference, analysis, or sharing.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application, navigate to the Documentation module, and click Reports – Docs.
Step 2: Click the Job DSR Report menu.
Step 3: Select the required Date Range and click the Submit button.
Step 4: The Job DSR Report is displayed on the screen based on the selected criteria.
Step 5: Download the report by clicking the options button and selecting “Download.”
