In this blog, we are going to see How to View All Comments & User Comments in the Fresa Application.
Step 1: Login to the Fresa Application.
Step 2: On the Dashboard page, select the Comments option.
Step 3: Under the User Comments option, we can view the details of the comments we have assigned to users as well as those that have been assigned to us.
Step 4: Select the All Comments option to view all of the user comments generated by the User in Fresa application.
Step 5: We can also filter the Comments by Department by picking it from the Options column.
