Introduction :
This article explains how to view the Salesperson Wise Job List in the Fresa Application. This feature enables users to filter and display jobs based on the assigned salesperson, making it easier to monitor sales-related operational activities. It helps managers evaluate salesperson performance, track customer bookings, and review job assignments within a selected date range. The report provides better visibility into jobs handled by each salesperson, supporting performance analysis and business reporting. By following the steps below, users can generate and download the salesperson-wise job list for operational and management purposes.
Note :
Select the appropriate Date Range before generating the report.
Choose the required Salesperson to filter the job list accurately.
The report displays only the jobs assigned to the selected salesperson within the specified date range.
Users can download the report for reporting, auditing, or performance analysis.
Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to access job records and reports.
Step 1: Log in to Fresa Gold. In the Current Active Jobs Dashboard, click the “>” symbol
to view all jobs. (Figure 1)

Step 2: Select the required date range, choose the salesperson, and click Submit. (Figure 2)

Step 3: All jobs for the selected salesperson within the specified date range will be displayed. (Figure 3)

Step 4: Click Options, then select Download to export the report. (Figure 4)
