Introduction :
The Employee History feature in the Organization module helps users track changes made to
employee information associated with an organization. It provides an audit trail of employee-related updates, such as additions, status changes, department changes, or removals. Users can review the history to identify who made a change and when the change was made. This helps organizations maintain transparency, accountability, and better control over employee-related records.
Note :
Ensure that you open the correct Organization record before reviewing the Employee History.
Verify the employee details carefully before making any changes.

The Employee History can help identify who made a change and when the change was made.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Gold Application.
Step 2: Navigate to the Master module and select the Organization menu.
Step 3: Once you click the Organization menu, search for the respective organization name and click “Submit.” Then, click the “Edit” option to view the organization page.
Step 4: Under the Employee tab, you can view the salesperson’s name and update or change the employee from this section. After making any changes, you can view the details by clicking the “History” option, where you can see who made the change and when the change was made.
