Introduction :
This article explains how to view the list of Contra Vouchers based on their Created Status in the Fresa Application. This feature enables users to filter and retrieve contra vouchers according to their creation status within a specified date range. It helps finance teams monitor voucher processing, verify transaction records, and review pending or completed entries efficiently. The report also supports auditing, reconciliation, and operational tracking by providing quick access to filtered voucher information. By following the steps below, users can generate and download the required Contra Voucher list.
Note :
Select the appropriate Date Range before generating the voucher list.
Choose Voucher Type as Contra Voucher and select the required Created Status to filter the records.
The report displays only the contra vouchers that match the selected criteria.
Users can download the report for auditing, reconciliation, or financial analysis.
Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to access voucher reports.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Gold application and select the Accounts module. (Fig. 1)

Step 2: Select the All Vouchers option. (Fig. 2)

Step 3: Select the Date Range, set the Voucher Type to Contra Voucher, select the Created status, and then click Submit. (Fig. 3)

Step 4: All Contra Vouchers within the selected date range and with the Created status will be displayed on the screen. (Fig. 4)

Step 5: You can download the report by selecting the required options and clicking Download. (Fig. 5)
