Introduction :
Tracking purchase invoices generated by specific employees is essential for monitoring productivity and ensuring accountability in the accounts payable process. Fresa Gold allows users to filter the All Vouchers report by employee name to view purchase invoices created by a particular staff member. This article explains how to view the list of purchase invoices generated by a particular employee in Fresa Gold.
Note :
In Fresa Gold, purchase invoices generated by a specific employee can be viewed through the All Vouchers menu under the Accounts module. Users can filter the report by selecting Purchase Invoice as the voucher type and entering the employee’s name in the Created By field. The report displays all purchase invoices created by the selected employee within the specified date range.
Step 1: Log in to Fresa Gold and select the Accounts module.

Step 3: Select the date range. Choose Purchase Invoice as the voucher type. Enter the employee’s name in the Created By column, and then click the Submit button.

Step 4: All the purchase invoices in the entered date range created by the selected employee will be displayed on the screen. (Fig-4)

Step 5: You can download the report by selecting Options and then clicking Download.
