What is a purchase invoice?
A commercial document or bill presented to a buyer by a seller or service provider for payment within a stated time frame that indicates what has been purchased, in what amount and for what price. A purchase invoice can be used to prove that something was bought and how much was paid for it.
Here you are going to learn about the steps to view the list of purchase invoices generated by a particular employee.
Step 1: Login with fresa gold and select Accounts module. (Fig-1)

Step 2: Select All Vouchers option. (Fig-2)

Step 3: Select the date range and select voucher type as purchase invoice then enter the employee name in created by column and click submit button. (Fig-3)

Step 4: All the purchase invoices in the entered date range created by the selected employee will be displayed on the screen. (Fig-4)

Step 5: You can download the report by selecting options and then click download option. (Fig-5)
