Step 1: Go to the Accounts module and select the Accounts-Settings menu.
Step 4: Navigate to the Charge Map menu.
Step 5: After that click on create button and fill below details
-This is where you can map all the created charges. Select the Department with you want to use this charge (e.g., AIR EXPORT).
-In the Charge column, locate the corresponding charge created under the Charge Description section
Step 6: Under the Cost section (blue-coloured part), map the Expenses Ledger as WORKING IN PROGRESS DEBIT BALANCE
Under the Sales section (orange-coloured part), map the Income Ledger as WORKING IN PROGRESS CREDIT BALANCE
Under the Actual section:
Select the Actual Expense COA as Expense.
Select the Actual Income COA as Income,
based on the department (e.g., Air Export Expense and Air Export Income).Click Save to complete the mapping.
