Step 1: First login to the Fresa Application.

Step 2 : Click on Employee Master Menu in HR module.

Step 3: Enter the employee’s details with Department as “CUSTOMER SERVICE” and click on Save button.

Step 4: Select the needed person in Customer Service field.

Step 5: Now Customer Service person added successfully.
