In this blog, we are going to see Steps to Adjust A/R outstanding using “Auto Adjustment (FIFO)” Option in a Receipt Voucher in Fresa Application
Step 1: Go to the Accounts All Vouchers menu, set the Voucher Type as Receipt Voucher, and click Create (Single) button.
Step 2: In the RECEIPTVOUCHER page select “Date”, “G/L Date“, ”Book”, “Bank/Cash A/c”, “Party A/c” and enter the Receipt amount in the “FCY Amount” column, and click the “Save” button.
Step 3: Click the “Get O/S” icon in the RECEIPTVOUCHER page.
Step 4: In the Get OS/Charges page click the “Auto Adjustment (FIFO)” button.
Now the system will select the Oldest outstanding sale vouchers and adjust them with the Receipt value.
Step 5: Then Click the “Save” button.
Step 6: Now the Account Details are added in the RECEIPTVOUCHER Page.
Step 7 In the RECEIPTVOUCHER page, click on the “Change Status” option to update the voucher status as “Posted”.
