Step 1: Login into Fresa application and select the “Accounts” Module.
Step 2: In the Accounts module, select the ‘All Vouchers’ menu.
Step 3: Select Payment Voucher as the voucher type, then click the ‘Create (Single)’ button.
Step 4: Here, Select the Date and G/L Date, Book type, Bank/Cash A/C, and Party A/C then click the ‘Save’ button.
Step 5: Once saved, click the Get OS button to pull the respective purchase invoice.
Step 6: Here, select the purchase invoice and save it
Step 7: Now, the purchase invoice is allocated to the payment voucher. Then, click on the “Add” button to add the excess amount.
Step 8: Here, select the party name in the A/C Name column, add the excess amount, and then click on Save & Close button.
Steps 9: After saving, the excess amount will be added under the Accounts details.
Step 10: Then enter the net amount in the FCY Amount column, and click on Save Changes.
Step 11: Once saved, verify all details, then approve and post the voucher via the ‘Change Status’ option.
Likewise, we can add the excess amount in the payment voucher from the Accounts module.
