In this blog, Steps to Avoid Error Warning Message while Sending Leave Request in the Fresa application.
Step 1: When we send leave request from user portal, System will show the below warning message Login email id not mapped in employee office email id, please contact to HR. This is due to Office mail id is not entered in the employee details.

Step 2: Login to Fresa Application and go to the HR Module.

Step 3: Here, Select the Employee Master Menu.

Step 4: In the Employee List, select the employee and click the Edit button.

Step 5: On this Employee Profile Page, enter the Office Email and click the Save Changes button.

Step 6: After making the changes we will able to send Leave request.
