While creating a voucher, if the selected period is already closed, voucher generation is restricted, and a warning error message is displayed (Fig-1). To avoid this, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application and navigate to the Accounts module.
Step 2: Open Accounts Settings → JV Period Master.
Step 3: Open the required period in the Period Master.
Step 4: Click Edit, change Period Closed to No, and click Save Changes.
Step 5: Navigate to the Voucher section and generate the voucher again. The voucher will be generated successfully.
