In this blog, we are going to see Steps to Bulk Voucher Upload on Payment Voucher in the Fresa Application.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application and go to the Accounts Module.
Step 2: Select the All Vouchers Menu under the Accounts Module.
Step 3: From the All Vouchers page, select the Voucher Type as Payment Voucher and select the Date Range, fill in the required details, and click the Submit button.
Step 4: After clicking the Submit button, the Payment Voucher list will be displayed on the screen, select the respective voucher
Step 5: On this Payment Voucher page, click the Single button.
Step 6: Now, click the Bulk Voucher Upload option under the Account Details.
Step 7: On this Bulk Voucher Upload page, click the Download Sample button the sample Excel format will be downloaded. Fill in the details in that format.
Step 8: Now, click the Choose File button and upload the Excel file, then click the Submit button.
Step 9: Here, click Confirm to Match the Voucher and click the OK button.
Step 10: Now click the edit symbol under the Accounts Details and click the Save and Close button then Bulk Voucher will be uploaded for the particular Payment voucher.
