Introduction :
The Employee Type feature in the HR module allows users to maintain the appropriate employee
classification in the Fresa Application. Updating the Employee Type helps ensure that employee records contain accurate and relevant information. Users can easily access the Employee Profile and select the required Employee Type. This helps maintain organized employee records and supports accurate HR-related information management.
Note :
Ensure that you select the correct employee before updating the Employee Type.
Select the appropriate Employee Type based on the employee’s current classification.
Verify the selected Employee Type before clicking the “Save Changes” button.
After saving, confirm that the updated Employee Type is displayed correctly in the Employee Profile.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application and select the HR module.
Step 2: Select the Employee Master under the HR module.
Step 3: On the Employee List screen, select the required employee and click the “Edit” option.
Step 4: You will be redirected to the Employee Profile page. Select the appropriate Employee Type and click “Save Changes.”
Step 5: After saving, the Employee Type will be updated successfully in the Employee Profile.
