In this blog, we are going to see the Steps to Export Container Movement Report Process in Fresa Application.
Step 1: Login to Fresa Application and Select the required FCL Export Job or Shipment.
Step 2: In the Job screen, go to the Planned Container menu and Click on the Add button.
Step 3: Here Select the required Container Type and Enter the No of Container, Container Release No., Release Date, Description details and Click Save button.
Step 4: Based on the No of Container, the container details will be shown in Actual Container menu.
Step 5: Then go to the Organization menu, and update the Shipper and Depot details. The Depot and Shipper details automatically update in each container.
Step 6: In the Job Edit page, Select the Carrier, Enter the Vessel Name, Voyage No. and Click Save Changes button.
Step 7 : Click the References at the right side of the Job page, Select the Po No as Reference Type and Enter the Reference No and Save.
Step 8: Now, Select the Export Container Movement Report in the Operations module.
Step 9: In this report, Enter Job No. and Click Submit button.
Step 10: Earlier we have entered container details in job will be shown here. Click on the Activity button on the required line.
Step 11: Here update the Container No, ISO Code, Seal No., Gross Weight, Container Remarks.
Step 12: Then Click on the Empty Depot – MT, here we can enter the Depot – MT Pickup Date and Select the Shipper name the Pickup date, Delivery Date system will show automatically.
Step 13: Click on the Delivery Location – CU and Select the Yard Name, if we select the Yard Name Pickup date and Delivery Date will be shown.
Step 14: Now the Container will be moved to Terminal. Select the Show Terminal Containers as Yes and Click Submit button.

Step 16: In this report we can see the Container Details based on Pickup code also.
