The Email Attachment Extraction feature is designed to automate the process of retrieving key information from attached email files.
• The system automatically scans email content to extract key data—such as booking numbers, job references, and shipment details—into relevant system fields.
• This reduces manual entry, improves accuracy, and enhances operational efficiency.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application.
Step 2: Navigate to the respective Job or Shipment page where you want to extract the email.
Step 3: Here the right side, we can find the option called Attachment.
Step 4: Navigate to the Attachment page, enter the file name, drag and drop the email under the Browse column, set Extract Attachment to Yes, and click Save to upload and extract attachments automatically.
Step 5: After that, the extracted files will be visible. You can download them using the Download option or view them using the Preview icon.
