The Job GP filter in the Bulk Job Close screen enables users to filter jobs based on their Provisional Gross Profit (P.GP) and Actual Gross Profit (A.GP) before closing multiple jobs. By comparing provisional and actual profitability, users can identify missing sales or cost values, review profit variances, and detect loss-making jobs.
This feature helps ensure accurate job closure, improves financial control, and supports better operational decision-making.
