Introduction :
The A/R Receivable Ageing Report in the Fresa Application helps users monitor outstanding
receivables based on their ageing period. It provides a clear view of receivable balances within the selected date range. Users can apply the required filters and generate the report directly from the Sales Dashboard. This feature helps businesses track outstanding amounts and manage customer receivables more effectively.
Note :
Select the appropriate Date Range, From Date, and To Date before generating the report.
Ensure that the required filters are entered correctly to display the relevant job details.
Review the A/R Receivable Ageing Report before downloading the report.
Use the Options and Download buttons to save the report details for further reference.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application and go to the Sales module.
Step 2: Click the “Sales Dashboard” menu.
Step 3: After clicking “Sales Dashboard,” you will be redirected to the Sales Dashboard page.
Step 4: Select the required fields, such as Date Range, From Date, and To Date, and click the “Submit” button.
Step 5: After clicking the “Submit” button, the job details will be displayed on the Sales Dashboard page
Step 6: Click the “A/R Receivable Ageing Report” button.
Step 7: In the Sales Dashboard – A/R Receivable Ageing Report, the details will be displayed.
Step 8: To download the details, click the “Options” button and then click the “Download” button. The report details will be downloaded.
