In this blog, we will show you the steps to generate the Bayan EDI Job List (Master) in the Fresa Application.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application and go to the Documentation module.
Step 2: Select Bayan EDI Job List under the Documentation module.
Step 3: Enter the required Job Number, click Submit, and then click on the Submission.
Step 4: Click Generate File, download the Error File, and open it to check the errors.
Step 5: Kindly go to the respective job and click Reference on the right side. Select Party, then choose Reference Type as Master Name/Nationality and enter the Master’s name and nationality in the Reference No field as shown in the example below. Click Save.
If the Master’s name is Khalid and the nationality is Oman, enter it as KHALID/OM.
Again, select Party, choose Reference Type as CAR NO, and enter the CAR Number in the Reference No field. Click Save.
Step 6: In the Job page, select the Customs tab and click the Edit button.
On the EDI page, enter the Vessel Nationality and Vessel IMO No, then click Save.
Step 7: In the Job page, click Edit Job and enter the Carrier Booking No and Carrier Booking Date, then click Save.
Step 8: Now, go to the Submission page and click the Generate EDI button again.
The Draft EDI will be successfully generated.
Step 9: After generating the draft, click Submit and then Retrieve.
Once retrieved, download the file — you can now see that the Master Manifest is Created/Submitted successfully.
