In this blog, Steps to generate Bayan EDI Shipment (House) list in Fresa Application has been explained.
Step 1: Login to the Fresa Application. Go to the Documentation module and select Bayan EDI Shipment (House) list menu.
Step 2: Select the Date range. Enter the Shipment number and then click submit.
Step 3: Now, Shipment has been displayed on the screen. Click the submission button.
Step 4: On this Submit EDI page, Click the Generate File option.
Step 5: Here, we could see an error has occurred.
Step 6: Check the given error. Go to the Shipment page and clear the errors occurred by entering the required fields.
Step 7: Now, Go to the Submit EDI page and click Generate File option.
Step 8: File has been successfully created. Status has been displayed as “Created”. If file status shows “Created”, click Submit option.
Step 9: Click OK to submit this EDI file.
Step 10: We will get Acknowledgement file with “Success” status.
Step 11: Click “Retrieve” for message retrieval the submitted message. Click OK to retrieve the EDI status message.
Step 12: Here, we could see Submitted message has been retrieved and status showing as “Received”.
Step 13: Click the Download option.
Step 14: The Submitted response file will be downloaded.
