Introduction :
The Speed of Invoice feature in the Fresa Application allows users to quickly access and generate
invoice reports. It provides a convenient way to filter and view invoices based on the required criteria. Users can generate the selected invoice report in PDF format directly from the Sales module. This feature simplifies invoice reporting and reduces the time required to access invoice details.
Note :
Ensure that the required invoice filters are selected correctly before submitting the request.
Verify the displayed invoice list to confirm that the required invoices are included.
Select the appropriate invoice before generating the PDF report.
Review the generated PDF report to ensure that the invoice details are displayed correctly.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application and navigate to the Sales module.
Step 2: Under the Sales module, navigate to the “Report – Sales” menu and open it
Step 3: In the Report – Sales menu, you will find various sales-related reports. To download invoice reports in PDF format, open the Speed of Invoice menu.
Step 4: On the Speed of Invoice page, you can filter the invoice list by applying the required filters. Set the filters as needed and then click “Submit.”
Step 5: The invoice list will be displayed based on the selected filters. To generate a PDF report, click the “Report” icon.
Step 6: Once you click the “Report” icon, you will be redirected to the Invoice Report page. Here, you can see the list of invoices. Select the required invoice and generate the report in PDF format.
