Step 1: Log in to the Fresa application.
Step 2: Navigate to the Customer Service module and select the All Shipments menu.
Step 3: Select the respective shipment Number, then click the Edit icon.
Step 4: On the shipment page, click the Report button.
Step 5: Select the Proof of Delivery report
Step 6: Click Generate / Preview to view the report, then download or print the Proof of Delivery as required.
