Introduction :
The Shipment Monitor Report enables users to track shipment activities for a specific
department within a selected date range. This report provides operational visibility and helps monitor shipment progress efficiently. Follow the steps below to generate the department-wise Shipment Monitor Report in the Fresa Application.
Note :
Ensure that you select the correct date range and department before generating
the report to obtain accurate shipment information.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application and navigate to the Customer Service module.
Step 2: Select Reports-CS under the Customer Service module.
Step 3: Select Shipment Monitor under the Reports-CS menu.
Step 4: Select the required Date Range and Department, then click Submit.
Step 5: The Shipment Monitor Report is displayed for the selected date range and department. To download the report, click Options and then select Download.
