In this blog, we will walk you through the Steps to generate the Agent Followup Report in the Fresa Application
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application and navigate to the Customer Service module.
Step 2: Under the Customer Service module, click the Report – CS menu.
Step 3: Select the Agent Followup menu.
Step 4: In the Agent Followup screen, choose the required Date Range and click Submit.
Step 5: Agent Followup details will be displayed on the screen.
Step 6: To download the report, click the Options button and select Download
