Introduction :
The Agent-Wise Console Report provides a consolidated view of console shipments handled by
specific agents within a selected period. This report helps users analyze agent-wise shipment activities, monitor operational performance, and generate accurate business reports. With flexible filtering options, users can quickly retrieve and download console report data for operational review and record keeping.
Note :
Ensure you have access to the Customer Service module before generating the report.
Select the appropriate Date Range and Agent Type to generate accurate results.
Verify the selected filters before clicking Submit.
You can download the generated report for future reference, analysis, or reporting purposes.
Step 1: First, log in to the Fresa Application and navigate to the Customer Service module.
Step 2: Click the Reports – CS menu under the Customer Service module.
Step 3: Click the Console Report menu.
Step 4: Enter the required Date Range and Agent Type, then click the Submit button.
Step 5: The Agent-Wise Console Report is displayed based on the selected criteria. To download the report, click Options, then select Download.
