Introduction :
The Trial Balance with Subledger Summary Report provides a detailed view of account balances along
with their related subledger information. It helps users review financial transactions and compare balances for a selected date range. The report supports better reconciliation and provides greater visibility into account-level financial information. This guide explains how to generate and download the report from the Accounts module.
Note :
Select the appropriate From Date and To Date before generating the report.
Review the displayed report to ensure the required financial information is available.
Use the Options → Download option to save the report for further analysis or record-keeping.
The report can be used to support account-level reconciliation and balance verification.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application and navigate to the Accounts module.
Step 2: Select the Trial Balance Reports menu.
Step 3: Select the Trial Balance with Subledger Summary Report option.
Step 4: Enter the From Date and To Date, then click the Submit button.
Step 5: The Trial Balance with Subledger Summary Report will be displayed on the screen.
Step 6: To download the report, click “Options” and select “Download.”
