Introduction :
This article explains how to generate the VAT on Sales Report in the Fresa
Application. The VAT on Sales Report provides a detailed summary of VAT collected on sales transactions within a specified period. It helps finance teams review tax liabilities, reconcile sales tax records, and prepare accurate tax filings. The report also supports compliance with statutory VAT regulations by providing organized tax information. By following the steps below, users can quickly generate and download the VAT on Sales Report.
Note :
Select the appropriate Date Range before generating the report.
The report includes VAT details only for sales transactions recorded within the selected period.
Verify the selected date range to ensure accurate reporting.
Use the Download option to export the report for tax filing, reconciliation, or auditing purposes.
Ensure you have the required permissions to access Tax Reports.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Gold application, select the Accounts module, and go to Tax Reports. (Fig. 1)

Step 3: Enter the Date Range, then click the Submit button. (Fig. 3)

Step 4: The VAT on Sales Report will be displayed on the screen. To download the report, click Options and then select Download. (Fig. 4)
