In this blog, we are going to see the Steps to Have a Job Restrictions for Authorized Users in Fresa Application.
This Job Restriction is useful to do the entries for the authorized users only. So that no one can alter or add entries to Costing under Job. This helps in the prevention of unauthorised changes or entries.
Step 1: Once the Job Restriction is enabled, only specific users can add charges to the Job.
Step 2: If we have previously put any charges in that Job, no one can make modifications to those charges.
Step 3: The system will create vouchers for the charges previously entered in the Job.
Step 4: Share the list of Users who need access to update or generate vouchers in the Job so that we may authorise access for those users exclusively.
Note: Only after the Job Status is changed to “Validated” will the Job Restriction take effect. Once validated, the restrictions listed above will be implemented to ensure data security and accountability.
