In this blog, we are going to see the Steps to Map and Calculate the TDS in Fresa Application.
Step 1: Login to Fresa Application and go to the Masters Module.
Step 2: Click on the Organization List Menu.
Step 3: In the Organization List page, Select the Organization Name and Click Submit button.
Step 4: Now the required Organization details will be shown here, Click the Edit button.
Step 5: Click the Add button under the TDS menu in the Organization.
Step 6: Select the TDS Class, Valid Upto and Click Save button.
Step 7: Now go to the required Job/Shipment.
Step 8: Click the Add button under the Costing menu.
Step 9: Here, Select the required Charge, Vendor, Amount details and Click Save and Close button.
Step 10: Now Click the Generate Purchase Invoice button.
Step 11: In the Generate Purchase Invoice page, Select the Cost details and Click Save button.
Step 12: Now the Purchase Invoice has been generated. Click the Edit button.
Step 13: In the Purchase Invoice screen, Click the Calc TDS button.
Step 14: Then Select the required TDS A/c and Click Save button.
Step 15: Now the Mapped TDS has been calculated in the Purchase Invoice.
