Introduction :
The Job Status Rights feature in the Fresa Application allows administrators to control which users can
access specific job statuses. Using the Management module, users can assign the required Job Status rights to individual users. This helps organizations manage user access according to their roles and responsibilities. It also provides better control over job-related activities and supports a structured workflow.
Note :
Ensure you have the required access to the Management module before updating Job Status Rights.
Select only the Job Status rights that are relevant to the user’s responsibilities.
Review the selected Job Status rights carefully before clicking Save Changes.
The selected rights will determine the user’s access to the applicable job statuses.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application and navigate to the Management module.
Step 2: Click the “User Access” menu.
Step 3: In the list of users, click Edit for the required user.
Step 4: Select the required Job Status from the left side by double-clicking it, or select it and click the arrow button. Then click the “Save Changes” button.
