Introduction :
This feature allows administrators to submit a request for creating a new user account directly
from the Management module. Once the request is submitted, the Fresa Support team reviews the details, activates the user account, and shares the login credentials. This simplifies the user creation process and helps organizations quickly onboard new users.
Note :
Ensure you have the required permission to access the User Access menu.
Enter a valid and active email address, as it will be used as the User ID.
Verify all user information before submitting the request to avoid delays in account creation.
After the request is submitted, the Fresa Support team will review, activate the user account, and share the login credentials.
Step 1: Login to Fresa Application and go to the Management Module.
Step 2: Click on the User Access menu.
Step 3: After clicking, the system will be redirected to the List of Users page.
Step 4: Now, click the New User Request button.
Step 5: Enter a valid email ID as the User Name, fill in the required details, and click the Save button.
The request is sent to the Fresa Support Team. After verification, the support team will activate the user ID and share the password.
