Note: This feature allows users to send reports directly through WhatsApp from Fresa, enabling quick and convenient sharing of information. It helps improve communication and ensures timely delivery of reports to customers and stakeholders.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application and navigate to the required Shipment, Job, or Voucher.
Step 2: On the Shipment, Job, or Voucher screen, click the Reports option.
Step 3: Select the required report format from the list of available reports.
Step 4: On the report preview screen, click the WhatsApp icon located on the left side of the screen.
Step 5: On the Send WhatsApp Message screen, enter the recipient’s mobile number along with the country code. Then, select the required WhatsApp message template and click Send to share the report
