Introduction :
This article explains how to view and download the Attachment List in the Fresa Application. The Attachment List provides a centralized view of documents attached to customers, vendors, and various business transactions, making document management more efficient. It helps users quickly locate, review, and download supporting documents whenever required. Maintaining attachments within the system improves record organization, simplifies document retrieval, and supports audit and compliance requirements. By following the steps below, users can access the Attachment List and download individual attachments or export the list for further reference.
Note :
The Attachment Search menu displays attachments associated with master records and business transactions.
Ensure that attachments have been uploaded to the respective records before searching for them.
Users can download individual attachments directly from the Document column.
The attachment list can also be exported in Excel or CSV format for reporting and record-keeping purposes.
Access to attachments depends on the user’s role and permissions within the application.
Step 1: “Navigate” capitalization, “Master” should be Masters if that is the UI label.
First, log in to Fresa Gold, navigate to the Masters module from the dashboard. (Figure 1)

Step 4: To download an attachment, click the Download arrow in the Document column. The attachment is downloaded as a PDF. (Figure 4)
