In this blog, we will see the steps to update and generate inventory transactions in the Fresa application.
“Inventory” is goods or products that a business keeps in stock for sale or distribution.
The Inventory module in Fresa allows users to efficiently manage and track their inventory. It provides functionality to record and monitor inventory levels, track movement of goods, and generate reports related to inventory management.
Step 1:Login to the Fresa application and click on the requested job.
Step 2:Click the Inventory menu below the job.
Step 3:If we want to enter multiple inventory details, we can click on the Grid button.
Step 4:If not, we can click the Add button.
Step 5:Now click on Stock In/Out, select the asset (if we have created an asset in Asset Master it will be reflected here), enter the required date, quantity, details and click save button .
Step 6:Now the inventory has been updated according to the job. .
Step 7:If we want to see the details of the inventory transaction, go to General- Accounts in the Accounts module.
Step 8:Click the Inventory Transaction List menu.
Step 9:Here enter the date range, job No. and click Submit button.
Step 10:Now the inventory transaction details will be displayed for this job.
Step 11: If we download this transaction details , click Options>> Download , the transaction details will be downloaded in a excel format.
