In this blog, we will see you the Stpes to upload container details using the Sub Job Container Details option. Using this feature, users can copy all the sub job container details and pieces in one go, reducing manual effort and saving time.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa application and navigate to the Documentation Module → All Jobs menu.
Step 2: Open the respective Master Job, go to the Container tab, and click on the Add button.
Step 3: Enter one Container Number and save the details.
Step 4: Next, go to the Shipments tab and attach the previously created Sub Jobs under the selected Master Job using the “Attach Shipments” button
Note: Ensure that the Shipments (Sub Jobs) are created with complete container details before updating the container details in the Master Job.
Step 5: Now in the Master Job page, Under the Container tab, click on the Update Sub Job Details button to fetch the container information from the sub jobs.
Step 6: After clicking the Update Sub Job Details button, two options will be displayed:
- If you select the first option, only the respective container details that were added in the job, along with the pieces, will be updated in the Master Job
- If you select the second option, all container details added in the Sub Jobs will be updated in the Master Job.
Choose the required option based on your requirement and click OK.
Step 7: Once confirmed, the container details from the Sub Job will be successfully updated in the Master Job.
