In this blog, we are going to see the Steps to Update the Claim No under Shipment in Fresa Application
Step 1: Login to Fresa Application and go to the Customer Service module.

Step 2: Click on the All Shipments menu.

Step 3: In the All Shipments page, Enter the Date Range and Select the required Shipment No. and Click Submit button.

Step 4: Now the respective Shipment details will be shown in this page, Click the Edit button on the required Shipment.

Step 5: After Clicking that, system will be redirected to the Shipment Details page. Here Click the Edit button.

Step 6: Now Enter the Claim No and Click the Save Changes Button.
