Introduction :
The Customs Authority details can be updated for a Job in the Fresa Application after the Job has
been created. This allows users to maintain accurate Customs-related information within the Job record. Users can access the required Job, navigate to the Customs tab, and update the relevant Customs Authority details. Keeping this information updated helps maintain accurate Job and EDI-related records.
Note :
Ensure that you open the correct Job before updating the Customs Authority.
Verify the Job Number before making any changes to the Job details.
Enter the correct Customs Authority information on the EDI Page before clicking the “Submit” button.
After submission, confirm that the Customs Authority has been updated successfully.
Step 1: Log in to the Fresa Application and go to the Documentation module.
Step 2: Select the “All Jobs” menu under the Documentation module.
Step 3: On the All Jobs page, enter the required Job Number, click “Submit,” and then click the “Edit” button.
Step 4: On the Job Page, select the Customs tab and click the “Edit” button.
Step 5: On the EDI Page, enter the required Customs Authority details and click “Submit.”
Step 6: The Customs Authority has been successfully updated.
